Chicks at the Library

I love library hour on Tuesdays. We had a guest appearance this week. One of the mothers and her daughter brought baby chicks. This family lives on a farm, which is common in the area we live in. They keep baby lambs in their bathroom and all that crazy farm stuff. :)

Titus loved holding the baby chicks. I was probably more paranoid about my child "squeezing a chick too tight and having to explain what death was to my two-year old," then I should have been. Ahhh, the mom in me. Anyway, here are a few pictures taken and posted by one of the librarians.
